The Logos

Jesus Christ is the Logos of the Deity in human form. This Logos, spoken to us by the Messiah, gives us an introduction to the Logic of the Father Deity: His Rationale, His Reasoning, the Way He Thinks: His Logic. It soon becomes apparent that the Logic of the Deity is completely opposite to Human Logic. As we become doers of this Divine Rationale, we prove its efficacy and everything begins to change for us: our thinking, our attitudes, our actions and ultimately our abilities.

In 1981, I had a spiritual experience which radically changed my life. Those Christians who have experienced it, call it being "born again”, or more accurately, being "born from above". Oh how I do thank my God for this experience of drawing me to His Son.

An incident a couple of years later at the assembly I attended, caused me to consider the New Testament in much greater detail, requiring a study of the Greek on which our English versions are based. It is now some 35 years later and only now do I feel myself barely adequate to put some of my ponderings into print.

The pages which follow touch on many different things, ranging from the inadequacy of the English Bible texts we have today, to proofs of the existence of God, through to some teaching which might challenge some.
In all of this, I have had just one quest: to know Yehoveh’s Truth. (Yehovah, sometimes translated Jehovah, is the God above all gods.) Toward achieving this knowledge, I have been ever vigilant against subtle filters which sit before the eyes of our mind preventing us from seeing the fullness of Truth. I have fought to identify and remove these filters, yet I still find the god of this world, Satan, has ever more subtle ways to distract us on our journey.

Knowing that “no prophecy of scripture is of its own interpretation”, I have striven to bring to account ALL the New Testament scriptures relevant to the matters discussed on this web site, but in this, I am only too aware of my own limitations. Without doubt, I will have missed something I should not have. Certainly, this is not deliberate, for it is utter stupidity to do otherwise since I only cheat myself of precious Truth. Should the reader find I have missed something, I trust that he/she will pray earnestly that The Almighty God will bring it to my attention quickly. Accordingly, I welcome any written comment (grounded in scripture, not your theology) which may help the understanding of our Father’s words to us.

From the very outset, visitors should understand that this web site changes no facts. Nothing we think, or say, or do, changes established fact, whatever it may be. What we currently believe, rightly or wrongly, does not change established fact. This web site simply seeks to find the facts so that we might know WHAT it is that we must believe. Strangely though, when such certainty comes, we no longer believe, rather, we now know.
